In JL;DR's first several months, we've collected a wide variety of written media, but more and more quality content is being created via podcasts and YouTube channels. Starting in April, we've updated our Cairo web crawler to better crawl and identify audio and video content and you'll now find this content in our updated navigation ("Videos" and "Podcasts") and, increasingly, on the Today homepage.

This work is the tip of the iceberg — the next big goal will be full curation: to transcribe and summarize the audio tracks, which is increasingly possible with new AI tools. We will also create new supporter features to bookmark and stream the episodes you'd like to watch or listen to, including on other devices.
