JL;DR SUMMARY Rabbi Dr. Tal Sessler, the next Dean of the Rabbinical School at the Academy of Jewish Religion in California, is set to release a book called "Leibowitz and Levinas: Between Judaism and Universalism," which explores the contrasting political and theological ideas of two influential Jewish philosophers from the 20th century. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski. At least, that was the handle his lovin' parents gave him, but he never had much use for it himself. This Lebowski, he called himself the Dude.
