JL;DR SUMMARY Professor Dan Porat from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem sheds light on the little-known trials of former Jewish kapos in Israel between 1950-1972 in his book "Bitter Reckoning: Israel Tries Holocaust Survivors as Nazi Collaborators," a finalist for the 2019 National Jewish Book Award.
