Places mentioned

New York, United States
"Recorded in the fall of 1962, this rockabilly single recontextualizes (or gives the lie to) the common but false narrative (perpetuated in the film A Complete Unknown) that Bob Dylan went electric on his 1965 album, Bringing It All Back Home, and in subsequent concerts the following summer and fall."
Princeton, New Jersey, United States
"Poor Bob Dylan. It turns out that the day in 1970 on which he received an honorary degree from Princeton University turned out to be one of the worst days of his life, judging from this song."
