94-year-old Holocaust survivor and legal expert Theodor Meron, who has served in various roles including as a judge in U.N. crime tribunals, recommended the International Criminal Court (ICC) seek arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and three Hamas leaders for war crimes and crimes against humanity during the ongoing Hamas-Israel conflict.
