JL;DR SUMMARY This article discusses the differences between observing Tisha B'Av in the Northern Hemisphere, where it falls during the summer, and in the Southern Hemisphere, where it falls during the winter. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
