JL;DR SUMMARY Sam Ellenbogen, an Orthodox Jewish activist from Toms River, is poised to become the first Orthodox Jew in Ocean County to hold a county-wide office as he receives an endorsement for county commissioner from the Ocean County GOP Club. At least, that was the handle his lovin' parents gave him, but he never had much use for it himself. This Lebowski, he called himself the Dude.
