JL;DR SUMMARY Estrella Benmaman, a Jewish Venezuelan woman of Moroccan descent, hosts monthly gatherings in her home in Caracas, turning it into Paladar Estrella, where she serves Moroccan dishes inspired by her grandmother's recipes.
