JL;DR SUMMARY Rabbi Moshe Indig, a leader within the Satmar Ahronim sect, has defended his controversial endorsement of Zohran Mamdani in the NYC mayoral race, despite backlash from Jewish communities concerning Mamdani's stance on issues perceived as antisemitic.
