JL;DR SUMMARY Keshet, an organization dedicated to LGBTQ+ inclusion within the Jewish community, has successfully implemented strategies to combat professional burnout among its staff, despite significant external pressures from increased anti-LGBTQ+ legislation and antisemitism.
