Supreme Court allows US terrorism victims to sue Palestinian entities

JL;DR SUMMARY The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld a 2019 law allowing American victims of terrorism to sue Palestinian entities such as the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority in U.S. courts.
