JL;DR SUMMARY A group of influential sheikhs from Hebron, led by Sheikh Wadee al-Jaabari, has proposed a peace plan with Israel that involves forming an autonomous Emirate of Hebron that would partner with Israel and align with the Abraham Accords, effectively bypassing the Palestinian Authority.
