JL;DR SUMMARY Laura Kipnis, in her book "Unwanted Advances: Sexual Paranoia Comes to Campus," criticizes how Title IX, originally designed to address gender discrimination, has expanded to cover all forms of sexual misconduct on college campuses, leading to what she calls a "witch hunt" atmosphere.
