JL;DR SUMMARY After the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, a billboard featuring Hebrew script in Palestine Square warned of a severe punishment, allegedly authorized by Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khameini as retaliation for the killing.
