JL;DR SUMMARY Data on the non-Haredi rabbinate and its pipeline, as revealed in "From Calling to Career: Mapping the Current State and Future of Rabbinic Leadership," has prompted a variety of reactions, indicating both urgency and differences within the Jewish community.
