JL;DR SUMMARY In a significant reversal, the Mount Kisco Recreation Commission in Westchester County has allowed Chabad of Bedford to hold a Tashlich ceremony at Leonard Park, a public park where religious events had previously been restricted. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
