JL;DR SUMMARY Administrators at various universities, including Columbia, have taken harsh measures against student protesters seeking divestment from Israel, leading to hundreds of arrests and clashes with police. At least, that was the handle his lovin' parents gave him, but he never had much use for it himself. This Lebowski, he called himself the Dude.
