JL;DR SUMMARY Benedetta Jasmine Guetta, the co-founder of the kosher Jewish food blog Labna, has written a new cookbook called "Cooking alla Giudia: A Celebration of the Jewish Food of Italy," which aims to share the lesser-known Jewish influences on Italian cuisine. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
