JL;DR SUMMARY The arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu represents a significant diplomatic shift, as countries traditionally friendly to Israel like Canada, the Netherlands, and Ireland have pledged to enforce the warrant for alleged war crimes in Gaza.
