JL;DR SUMMARY As Pesach approaches, it may be a good idea to equip your kitchen with five essential tools: a stick/immersion blender for making various dishes like sauces and soups, an air fryer that cooks quickly and efficiently, a spiralizer for creating vegetable noodles and latkes, a microplane for zesting fruits and grating spices, and ice cream/cookie scoops for uniform portions and creative presentations. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski. At least, that was the handle his lovin' parents gave him, but he never had much use for it himself. This Lebowski, he called himself the Dude.
