JL;DR SUMMARY A group of Republican senators is threatening to block the confirmation of administration nominees unless the State Department rescinds a ban on US scientific research projects in Israeli settlements in the West Bank. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
