NY lawmakers introduce legislation aimed at waiving bank fees on Holocaust reparations

JL;DR SUMMARY In an effort to aid Holocaust survivors financially, New York State lawmakers Senator Zellnor Myrie and Assemblyman Simcha Eichenstein have introduced a bill that would require banks to waive fees on Holocaust reparation payments.
