One way to help solve the rabbi shortage crisis: Invest in untapped JoC talent 

JL;DR SUMMARY The rabbi shortage crisis within the Jewish community could be alleviated by nurturing rabbinical talent among Jews of Color (JoC), who are currently underrepresented in leadership roles.
