JL;DR SUMMARY Rutgers University has been found to likely have failed in safeguarding Jewish, Israeli, and pro-Palestinian students from discriminatory harassment after the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack, as per a Title VI resolution agreement with the U.S. Department of Education.
