SCOTUS denies YU’s emergency request to block LGBTQ group

JL;DR SUMMARY The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to intervene in a case involving Yeshiva University (YU) and its refusal to recognize an LGBTQ student club, advising the institution to pursue all lower court appeals first. At least, that was the handle his lovin' parents gave him, but he never had much use for it himself. This Lebowski, he called himself the Dude.
