Senate Committee Passes Protective Measure to Fight BDS

JL;DR SUMMARY The U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee has passed the Combating BDS Act of 2016, a measure allowing state and local governments to divest public funds from entities participating in the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
