JL;DR SUMMARY South African Jews continue to grapple with the complex legacy of apartheid, where the community was divided between those who supported the regime for perceived safety and those who opposed it at great personal risk, asserting alignment with Jewish values of justice. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
