JL;DR SUMMARY The recent issuance of arrest warrants by the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Israeli leaders Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant highlights significant challenges within international judicial procedures. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
