JL;DR SUMMARY Dr. Henry Abramson's "Torah from the Years of Wrath" delves into the historical context surrounding the Aish Kodesh, a collection of Torah homilies by Rabbi Kalonymus Kalmish Shapira of Piaseczno, composed during the Holocaust in the Warsaw Ghetto. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
