Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano, a Christian nationalist, introduced a bill for Holocaust education in public schools alongside Rabbi Joseph Kolakowski, who has previously blamed Zionism for the Holocaust and has endorsed Mastriano's political campaigns.

At the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), held in Maryland, activists with neo-Nazi affiliations, such as Greg Conte and Ryan Sanchez, were reported to have attended, discussing anti-Jewish views and white nationalist topics.

Doug Mastriano, the Republican nominee for Pennsylvania governor who has been accused of trafficking in antisemitism, has announced that he will not be running for the US Senate in 2024.
