Thousands of visitors have flocked to Israeli communities affected by the Oct. 7 Hamas attacks, not only to bear witness and show solidarity but also to raise funds to support victims.

The kibbutzes of Kfar Aza and Beeri, which were devastated by terrorist attacks in October 2023, are slowly starting to rebuild.

In December 2023, Vancouver rabbis Dan Moskovitz and Carey Brown were part of a delegation that visited Israel on a solidarity mission, bringing supplies and meeting with survivors and mourners in the aftermath of a deadly Hamas attack.
