Hasidic Yiddish songwriter-singer Motty Ilowitz has released a new song called "Mochel" (Forgive Me) which tells the heartbreaking story of a driver who accidentally kills a little boy in a car accident while rushing to take his daughter to chemotherapy.

The Bubbe Awards, similar to the Grammys for Yiddish and Jewish music, is now accepting submissions for original Yiddish songs.
