JL;DR SUMMARY As clashes between Israel and Hezbollah intensify in the north, residents of Kiryat Shmona near the Lebanese border have endured ongoing rocket attacks, forcing many to evacuate and leaving the city bruised and empty. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
