JL;DR SUMMARY This article discusses the author's experience of blending Chinese and Jewish traditions for Rosh Hashanah by making Chinese date paste cookies shaped like fish. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
