JL;DR SUMMARY Tishah B'Av remains a powerful day of mourning not just for the ancient destruction of the Temples but also for the collective suffering of the Jewish people throughout history. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
