JL;DR SUMMARY President Donald Trump has announced plans to engage with the U.S.-designated terrorist organization Hezbollah as part of a new Memorandum of Understanding between the U.S. and Iran aimed at de-escalating regional hostilities and curtailing Iran's nuclear weapons program.
