JL;DR SUMMARY This piece critiques the Trump administration's decision to trust and lift sanctions on the new Syrian regime led by Ahmed al-Sharaa, a.k.a. Abu Mohammad al-Julani, highlighting the potential negative consequences for Israel and regional stability.
