JL;DR SUMMARY The International Criminal Court prosecutor's decision to seek an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant may ultimately backfire by boosting Netanyahu's image and the Israeli government's strength.
