JL;DR SUMMARY This dish features a vibrant and hearty vegan salad that combines Israeli pearl couscous, roasted chickpeas, and a medley of spiced vegetables, such as butternut squash and sweet potatoes. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
