JL;DR SUMMARY Rabbi Levi Shemtov, the executive vice president of American Friends of Lubavitch (Chabad), plays a pivotal role in Washington D.C.'s Hanukkah celebrations by bringing the festival's light and message to both Republican and Democratic circles, including the White House, Capitol Hill, and various government institutions. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
