JL;DR SUMMARY New York Governor Kathy Hochul is pushing to expand the definition of hate crimes by adding 31 offenses to the existing list in response to a rise in antisemitism and Islamophobia. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
