JL;DR SUMMARY Jeremy Borovitz reflects on the harrowing Yom Kippur of 2019 when a far-right gunman attempted to attack the synagogue in Halle, Germany, where he and others from Berlin were gathered. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
