JL;DR SUMMARY Rabbi Yitzchok Zev Kolakowski, known as the Koblentzer Rebbe, serves as a chaplain at a state prison in Pennsylvania, being the first Jew to hold this position in the state. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
