JL;DR SUMMARY Insomnia affects nearly half of Americans and can be exacerbated by anxiety and worries about sleep, especially among religious individuals for whom lack of sleep can impact religious obligations. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
