Chef Josh Katz, along with his partners, is set to open a second branch of the popular Carmel restaurant in Fitzrovia, central London, following the success of their original branch in Queens Park.

Keton, a historic Tel Aviv restaurant established in 1945, has been a hub for Israeli artists, writers, and musicians, serving traditional Ashkenazi dishes such as matzo ball soup and gefilte fish.
