JL;DR SUMMARY Jewish-Americans have cultivated a unique and enduring tradition of dining at Chinese restaurants on Christmas, rooted in early 20th-century immigrant adaptations and the convenience of Chinese establishments being open when others were not. A way out west there was a fella, fella I want to tell you about, fella by the name of Jeff Lebowski.
